Multiple unnamed informants briefed on the OGA's missions have revealed that the aim of these operations is to ensure the confidentiality and security of the recovered items. While military personnel handle the actual retrieval, these materials are not kept under military oversight due to the rigorous documentation required. Instead, they are quickly transferred to private entities, including Lockheed Martin.
