We are excited to present a chatbot that integrates dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) skills into daily life, aiming to create a "life worth living." This initiative is close to my heart, as I believe it serves a significant need, especially since similar resources are lacking in Russian-speaking communities.
This DBT skills chatbot is a product of our dedicated efforts, conceived and developed through countless hours of hard work. We have numerous ideas for its future enhancement, and I am optimistic about its potential growth.
What Features Does the Bot Offer?
Completely Free: While the chatbot is available at no cost, users can support our project through donations, which will be reinvested into the development of DBT-IT products. Sharing this resource with others is also invaluable to us.
